Meet The Horses

Our horses are really the stars of the ranch! Without these amazing creatures, Dreamhaven wouldn’t exist!

  • Dutch

Dutch is a 11-year-old Rocky Mountain / Draft horse gelding, and Ms. Susan’s baby. He is a spunky little fellow – he is thoroughly enjoying his luxury life and all his equine friends at Dreamhaven.

  • Gotcha

Gotcha has been a fabulous addition to our program! He is a purebred Paso Fino and has earned world champion titles in multiple disciplines. Gotcha takes his job at Dreamhaven very seriously and takes great care of his riders.

  • Duke

Duke is an 11 year old American Quarter Horse. Duke came to live at Dreamhaven Ranch in 2017 and at the time was severely underweight and malnourished, but with some time, lots of love and attention, Duke has really blossomed. This “golden boy” loves to make friends and show off his goofy personality – it’s safe to say he is now living comfortably.

  • Winston

Winston is a 16-year-old Chocolate Palomino Morgan horse owned by Ms. Sarah. Everyone loves this handsome boy! He has a big personality and loves to be in the middle of everything. He is an amazing therapy horse as he is so funny & amusing but he is very sensitive and intuitive to the people around him.

  • Romeo

This little red Blazer horse is 11 years old, and stands 15 hands tall. Romeo has the best sense of humor and major charisma – When visitors to the ranch meet him, they automatically fall in love! He is used in many of our programs.

  • Teddy

Teddy, often lovingly referred to as Ted, is an 11 year old quarter horse with maybe a dash of appaloosa in him! He calls Ms. Cindy his person and they love to have adventures together. Ted is a fair leader in his herd and respected by all the horses. He loves helping out in many of the programs at Dreamhaven Ranch.

  • Lady

Lady is a 18 year old Paint owned by Ms. Carly. She is a very tall, gentle girl and has been a welcomed addition to our equine family. Many of our Ranch Leaders learned to ride on Lady, and we’re excited that she’s teaching the next generation of riders!
